GolfGeezer Yeah, this is what I was looking at. It says Salmon Slicer, but nothing about what that actually means. I have asked the shop, but not holding my breath that they will know. The other option is this one:

2. Look for a “salmon knife” in Sweden. That’s what is typically used for slicing a salmon in thin slices, and it looks identical to a brisket sword.
Thanks to the recommendations here, I just ordered the Mercer one posted by STEbbq. I have been saying for years that I need a slicer and have been making due with my Chicago Cutlery chef knife for cutting brisket. It does okay, but not great.
