      Somethings to try:

Feel along the edge with your fingernail and see if you can feel a burr on one side. If so use a fine grit sanding block and try and remove the burr. A disposable nail file should work too. Getting rid of the rolled over edge will make it sharper.

Do you have a small belt sander similar to this one https://www.harborfreight.com/power-...der-58359.html ? If so, mark the bevels with a magic marker, and using a gloved finger to slightly brake the spinning cutter wheel, approximate the bevel angle and remove the magic marker color. You can start with a coarser belt and finish the edge with a finer belt. If you don’t, use progressive sanding blocks to achieve the same thing.

Got a Tormek? Then you already know what to do.🙂

I have two pizza cutters in the drawer, and they have rolled over edges - a burr - for sure. They still kinda crush through and cut pizza enough to use but I need to try and touch them up somehow.

My daughter got me an 18" rocker style pizza cutter that sits on top of my Lodge CI pizza pans in the top of the pantry, and I keep forgetting I've got it. I make sure to have it out when she comes over though, but the little roller style is easier to grab for the casual pizza cook.

We use a rocker style cutter too and it works really well.

I also have a rocker style. But it is easier to grab the roller one. Or a kitchen shears.

At the bottom of the page on your link is a link to a comparison of a pizza wheel and a pizza scissors. Spoiler alert, it depends on how seriously you take your pizza cutting, but the scissors won.

I know this isn’t maybe the favorite answer but I’d go with the "buy a new one they’re cheap" answer. Because they are in fact cheap, you can sharpen until you can cut paper wedges but that "steel" won’t hold Its new edge past the first pizza.

That's true. Cheap steel won't hold an edge very long.

Why not just buy a rocking knife. Something that can be used for other kitchen tasks and can be sharpened.

I just sharpened the blades on my lawn mower with my hand grinder and I don't wanna brag (but I definitely will), but them babies are sharp!!

Doubt I could do the same on the pizza cutter which never seems to be clean when I remove a pizza from the oven.
