Oxo definitely the best poultry shears, have tried many. But lately I’ve been using these, especially for bigger birds: https://www.amazon.com/Wiss-WEZSNIP-.../dp/B000GJBLG2
Had a pair in my workshop for years and they stayed so sharp I got a second pair for the kitchen. They work better I think, and I throw them in the dishwasher.

I had a pair, but I found it easier to spatchcock a chicken following a demonstration by a butcher on YouTube simply using a knife. I didn’t have a need for a pair beyond spatchocking a chicken.
