So JoeSousa knows I can’t resist clicking on a Dalstrong sale link. So what does he do? He puts one up for everyone to see! 😱 So now I have a Dalstrong Shogun series 10” bullhead butcher knife. I will enjoy it until my wife kicks me out. Joe, I hope you have room on your couch! At least you know I can cook! 😜😂

It really is an awesome knife though; it’s beautiful, and seems well made. I like the balance of it, and it made short work of my rib roast.

Damn! Hooked me! Just ordered their filet/boning knife. My bride just sighs now when I respond “yes” to her query - “are you expecting any more packages?”
