I’m digging it!! Nothing better than a wicked sharp cool looking knife!! I just got this one about a week ago!
needed a little touch up out a the box, but it’s a fine tool! I didn’t look at their boning knives, will have to revisit. Dalstrong certainly delivers! Enjoy..that is a Beaut!!

Hope it's better than my one Dalstrong knife. I'm NOT happy with mine. I don't plan on buying any more knives from them.

Did you reach out to them? When I had an issue, they replaced my knife AND gave me a credit which paid in full for another knife. Can't beat that for service at this price point. I have seen some people having issues with certain versions chipping but supposedly they changed the manufacturer after that.

+1 I got a cool calling card with this knife that says "if you’re not happy, we’re not happy", and includes a customer service number and website. Let me know if you want me to forward to you.

Mine definitely has chipping and I handle my knives with religious care. I would call them if I still had the number so WayneT I would very much like to have the number. Thank you.

You know - the picture of the knife you show in the first post is not the same shape blade or handle as the knife you received... is that expected?

I think he used the wrong pic for the OP, the knife he got is the only boning knife in that series
