    One cool aspect that I did not consider. I have sharpened some pretty great knives already, quality wise. Or to my budget. But, getting to handle a few, I’m starting to learn which size and brand knives I would like to own.

      Interesting timing, about an hour after I posted this my brother came to my house, he lives about 5 hours away but here to see my parents. He came in and set the Ken Onion Knife and tool sharpener on my table, and said happy birthday. Lol cross that cost of my list. 😁

    These two knives that I just sharpened come out to about $650 dollars total.

      The Kramer is overrated for the price, I think. Nice knives but I'd spend elsewhere, personally. Interesting j-knife though. Kind of a gyuto/kiritsuke hybrid. Who's the maker?
