Current cookers Weber Spirit 3 burner. A 22" Kettle with vortex SnS and OnlyFire pizza oven. A Smokey Joe and the most recent addition a Pit Barrel Jr with bird hanger, 4 hooks and cover. ThermoWorks Smoke 2 probe, DOT, ThermoPop and a Thermapen Mk4. Recently added 2 TempSpike wireless meat thermometers.
My smoke stand broke awhile back. Never thought of contacting them until this thread. I had a chat session and within 5 minutes I received the email with the order for a new stand at no cost. Should be here this week. Great Customer Service.
Thanks for the reminder on the good service. In the UK I can deal directly with the manufacturer ETI (thermometer.co.uk - thermapen.co.uk).
My Superfast Thermapen developed a crack and I was thinking of replacing it. Your message prompted me to contact them and see if it can be repaired which they just confirmed they can - save some pennies.
