    Instant read problems for left-handers

My old thermometer didn't have a readout on it. That kept me guessing for sure.

I finally found a new one online that has a handy digital display of the temperature! I can't tell you how handy this is going to be!

To be fair, the red one really does have a digital display on the backside, but when I turn it over the numbers are upside down and the dang probe is pointing up in the air. What, am I supposed to crawl under the cooker and probe "up" into the meat?

    Is that a left-handed comment?
PBR in either hand tastes the same.

That's because PBR makes cans that are left-hand compatible :-) I always fancied myself an accomplished drinker seeing how I can hold two cans at once. (Irish handcuffs).

When I ordered my Lang I had the choice of ordering it left-handed and I love it! Stoking it up from the other side just would not feel right.

    Funny!!!!

I've learned to use my older thermapen like a righty does. Kinda handy cuz I don't have to put down my spoon to use the thermapen. Makin' lemonade otta that lemon.

I joked with my wife that now I can use two hands to probe brisket at the same time :-)
