Just wrapping up an outdoor grill table, and I was curious... is there any issue with storing the fireboard outside from a temperature standpoint? The table will prevent water and it would also be sealed in a waterproof container, but I’m curious if cold and hot temps would be an issue with storage?

- If not cooking outdoors, I am cooking on the stovetop with my 14" carbon steel wok, 12" CI skillet, or in the oven with my two Lodge CI pizza pans, or two dutch ovens. I've also got a nifty Lodge carbon steel grill pan that rocks for veggies outdoors.
Most electronics can be stored in a wider temp range than they can be operated in. I would say anything in the 32F to 105F range is fine. Personally I would not leave it outside if it’s -20F, as the LCD display will freeze. Summer temps are not an issue.
Humidity is a concern, due to possibility of circuit board corrosion, but if in a sealed plastic container, you are probably ok there too.
