Does AR website have a formally reviewed and "recommended" wireless meat probe that remains in the meat throughout the cook - e.g., for use during rotisserie cooks?
I've seen various member posts re Meater, Oprol, etc. as well as the work-around with a $10 coupler. I thought AR reviewed one a year or two back, but judged it to be not-ready-for-prime-time.
I think that's still the case. I can't imagine many environments less suited to electronics and wireless signals than the inside of a grill. I don't believe it will happen at a reasonable price in the foreseeable future.
