Him I'm wondering if anyone one has any experience with this for their smart cooking feature. Where it predicts the final temp based on cooking and rest. I usually just cook to a set temp and plan for a 5-10 degree carry over. I try not to chase temps and just try to get it to the temp I need and the carry over will do the rest without overthinking. Just wondering how accurate it is based on your experience.

Combustion lets you set the temp you want to pull at. Meater and Typhur lets you set the final temp, (after carryover), and tells you when to pull whatever so that it will climb to the final temp.
I prefer Combustion's method although I don't like Combustion overall and have switched to Meater.
