    It’s the small things that make customers happy

    Thermoworks just replaced the battery door on my Classic for Free.
    I never registered it. Got it for a gift years ago and told them that.
    He said, let me put you in the system so we can send you the replacement.

    Seemingly small, even insignificant thing makes me a Thermoworks fan for life.

    Yep, they are a great company. This is how it is supposed to be. Glad they took care of you. Thanks for sharing your experience with them.

    Both of my Thermapens are coming up on 10 years and I have not had any issues yet, but it is always nice to know that they will be there when I need them.

        L I B . I hav the twisty thing on the back of my dothingy that makes it untwistable to change the battery. Juss might give em a ring if I can find the dang thing.

        This is something that the folks who'll try to tell you that a $25 thermometer is "just as good as one of those overpriced ones" don't understand. We each have our value system...

          Agree wholeheartedly. Last summer the fold-out leg assembly on one of my Smoke units broke, they replaced it no question asked. A few months ago the display on my 1 year old Thermopen ONE malfunctioned, same deal, was sent a no-hassle, zero cost replacement. Thermoworks’ customer service is indeed top notch.

            I have had the same wonderful experience with Thermoworks. I have many of their products and they all work great. And for many years too. I have had them send me a couple of little parts a few times. No questions asked. The cheerfully sent me what I needed. No charges and no postage. I am a fan forever.

          Another small thing, Saturday got a text reminder from them to put turkey's in the fridge. I had already done it but it's the thought.
