My Spark thermometer suddenly stopped connecting to the Internet. After trying several suggestions from CS, they asked me to send it in to be replaced, and said they’d notify me upon receipt. They indicated there was an upgrade to the pivot design. My Spark arrived at their offices eleven days ago according to the USPS, but the company has been silent, in spite of several emails to their CS. Tried calling and left a message, but no return call and still no return emails. I love their products and have been a huge fan, but the lack of response or follow up has been extremely disappointing.
Update: Perhaps it was this post or an earlier email to their CEO that got a response:
"I am sorry for the delay in getting this checked in, but I was able to get the Spark checked in this morning and we have a replacement coming to you via USPS: XXXXXX
