I bought this thing 6-2014 and used it once. I find the instructions quite confusing and gave up on it. The part I gave up on was setting alarm points.
Just how the hell do you do that? It's really not a user friendly unit. I get that it does a lot and is versatile but man, I'm getting old in my slow age and having to think this much just hurts LOL.
Maybe it is just me but does anyone have any simple setup instructions to take and set probe 1 to tell me when I reach a certain setpoint so I know my butt is cooked?
Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.
