Friday night I emailed Combustion that both thermometers had stopped working. I had to answer a bunch of questions for each thermometer. Sat evening I received a response that they were replacing one of the thermos - no mention of the other. I replied that there were 2 thermos not working. Today I received another email saying sorry - we are sending 2 thermos. They did ask that I return the 2 defective units and they sent a prepaid label for that. And this happened on a weekend.
However, I would rather have products that just work with no need for the great customer service. I originally bought 2 thermos and the display. I then added 1 booster. I had already replaced one thermo, and now 2 more. That's 3 for 3. I have had off and on problems with the display too. I just want stuff to work...
