I sprung for a couple of Fireboard Pulse Thermometer upon their release and have a strange issue with one of them. Both probes show fully charged in app. One charger when unplugged constantly flashes red on the charger side with or without a probe attached. I've started dialogue with Fireboard and initially was told this is normal, but I think I failed to fully describe the issue. I am charging the charger again now. More to follow but if anyone has run into anything similar I'd love to hear what you happened and your resolution.
