Anyone in here Utilizing the FireBoard beacon, or similar systems, I’m somewhat leaning FireBoard, as I am already pretty established my set ups being mostly FireBoard. But as I consider a curing refrigerator for prosciutto, etc, I’m adding another refrigerator to our house just for setting my cold fermentation, check out my outside refrigerators, etc… I’m starting to imagine a ton of projects, and data could help me sleep better., or so I think. Food safety is my #1 priority always, but more data on fermentation would be a fun place to put some focus as well.
If not beacon, which system have you worked with?
