I have a ThermoWorks Mark IV instant read thermometer that I bought back in 2018. It still works great but when I took it out of the drawer yesterday the end cap that covers the battery just fell apart. I know I or someone has more than likely dropped it. I called the ThermoWorks help line and was pleasantly surprised to speak with a man who I could completely understand. When he heard my problem he simply said “I can have one on its way to you today, free of charge.” That’s my kind of company. Problem solved. He still had all my info on file from my purchase in 2018. We hear so much negative about the companies we deal with that’s it’s fun to give one an Atta boy.
