Weber Performer Deluxe
SNS
Pizza insert
Rotisserie
Cookshack Smokette Elite
2 Thermapens
Chefalarm

lots of probes.
Fireboard
I am not familiar with it, but stick the probe in boiling water. It should be very close to 212° F, (depending on your elevation above sea level).
Then stick it in a container of water with crushed ice in it. It should read 32°. If you are satisfied with the accuracy, try it on a cook.

Smokin-It 3D
Weber Kettle with an SNS
Masterbuilt kettle that I call the $30 wonder grill
Bullet by Bull Grills gasser
Anova WiFi sous vide machine
Thermoworks Thermapen and Chef Alarm
The first thermo I bought was a Chef Alarm from Thermoworks. I figured it would get me by for a bit until I could get a FireBoard. I still have the Thermoworks as my only thermo and love it. It works great for what I need using a few probes for meat as well as pit temp.
like RobB says - just use it and see how it works. It may surprise you and be just all you need.
