I am impressed with Thermopro

Bought a candy thermometer from them last week.
I am impressed with what was included with the thermometer.
Who else does this, happy consumer

I bought my daughter a Pop a few years ago, I think she was more excited about the jelly beans at first…..then she realized how the Pop changed her cooking

Thermoworks, SnS, Traeger, Weber--I only buy direct or from brick and mortar retailers. Thermoworks and SnS particularly targets for knockoffs.

Going off on tmaan235's intention of praising a company's dedication to customer service, we can share that THERMOWORKS' CustServ team has been terrific every time we've had to reach out to them -- ranging from helpful advice to "hrm, sounds like you have a dud - send it back to us and we'll fix it for you, free"

And yes, there were jelly beans in the repaired thermopen package.

Yeah, he didn't get Jelly Bellies because he did not buy a Thermapen. He bought something else, from Thermopro. NOT a Thermapen from ThermoWorks.

Hint: Thermopro does not sell the Thermapen (or Thermopop). They may sell their own instant read thermometer, but it is not a Thermapen.

One complaint about ThermoWorks: no matter how many items you order from them at one time, they only put ONE jelly beans treat into the box, when it should be a 1:1 ratio of # products ordered = jelly beans.

DISAPPOINTMENT!

But it's easily fixable: just split your order into individual boxes and pay shipping fees on each one!
