Oh yes, we will be obtaining at least one of these eventually.
Monitor and track the temperatures you care about with NODE, a wifi-enabled temperature monitor. Get alerts on your phone if your deepfreeze gets too hot or too cold.
Of course, this smells more like a Pro or Commercial product than consumer-oriented, but when has that ever stopped us?
I am a bit confused about the WiFi and advertising anywhere to check on temps. I guess if I am not on the WiFi network, I’d be out of luck, so not anywhere.
Thanks guys. The MB WiFi never worked like that nor was it designed to do so. I also thought some thermometers required expensive bridges to connect to cloud from WiFi.
I bought the Google Home thermostat and after a fairly simple setup procedure it connects and works w/o anything like a WiFi bridge. I suspect this would be the same.
WIFI on my Traeger Timberline 850 works well because I can control the temp from my phone, even shut it down or adjust it to keep warm. This is both the cooker temp and the internal meat temp.
I agree. I have a wireless thermometer w/ humidity in my crawlspace to monitor if it floods or I get a pipe leak, far cheaper than this for when I'm home since it only has an RF receiver, but being able to monitor both from afar would be great.
There are some multi sensors out there that do. Some work on their own app, some through hubs like SmartThings or GoogleHome. I know Arlo makes a multi sensor with I think ~8 sensors, that runs from the Arlo app (like their cameras.) I've looked at getting several, for different things, and they cost considerably less.
Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.

This device will be much cheaper if you wait. I learned that when the WAND came out, their no-contact forehead thermometer. I paid $99 a couple days after it came out and now it's $35.
Damn. I wish they’d pursue more consistent pricing because I never know when a sale is really a sale, especially with daily promos. I am not making an excel spreadsheet to track thermometer prices.
STEbbq Right, they have an interesting marketing angle with their constant sales. I like when companies don't do that so we knwo what the price is and aren't scared to purchase.
