Wireless probe for Xmas Prime Rib

All I can say is I own two TempSpikes and I'm pretty satisfied. But they were also on sale...

I have the Meater+ and it's very good. It's Bluetooth, so not a huge range. But it connects right back up once you're back in range and the firmware on board the probe stores all the data, syncing up with everything missed while out of range. No gaps. App is clean and intuitive too, a lot like the Fireboard app.

I just got the Meater plus expressly for rotisserie rib roast. It worked well on some practice steaks for the indirect part of the cook but it’s not meant to be used for grilling. They might still be $20 off still.
