    Today is a Good Day for the Inkbird to Fail

    Wireless is not connecting consistently and one of the four probes works. It is monitoring grill temp for now and then the bird temp when I bring it inside in to finish in the oven in about 40 minutes. I guess that Combustion Inc. thermometer can’t arrive soon enough.

        Inkbird is reading 440 while the Akorn dome is reading 300.

                I prepaid for the Combustion back in January so no incremental costs.

              People rely too much on electrical technology to cook these days.

              That's why I had the alarms set on my digital thermometer while running my pellet grill so I could sleep all night, for one chuck roast.

                      You’d never know it was a problem guys. Oh well, tossed the Inkbird in the garbage so I guess I am winging it and using the IR and instant ones for any cooks. Come on, shipping email for the Combustion!
