I just spent over a hour on the ThermoPro website looking for a spare probe and a few clips.
Easy right?
Guess again.
First of all there is not search function on the home page. I discovered it in their menu. There is not a selection for Parts. The search only reveals only the product itself. No way to get at parts or accessories from there.
So, I left my email address on their contact us feature with a description of what I wanted. They will contact.me on Monday. Maybe.
Very disappointed.
I found what I was looking for on Amazon, where I bought it from. Not word at all in their website that you have to go through a second party to get virtually anything.

I am looking at getting an Instant read thermometer. Lowe’s has the ThermoPro for $30 but it’s probably not lab certified even though the box reads the accuracy is 0.9 degrees. It sounds like ThermoPro customer service isn’t good and parts are hard to get. I found the Thermo pen one at Ace hardware at $110 and it’s lab certified.
I’ve been thinking about the Fireboard Spark but my thought is the spark is overpriced though customer service can mean a lot.
