    Fireboard Cutomer Service is fantastic

    Bought a new Spark at the end of May. Haven't used it much but the other day when I opened the probe to take the temp it broke off and destroyed the filament that goes to it.
    I e-mailed Fireboard and they immediately sent me a priority postage via e-mail to send it back for replacement. They received it on Tuesday and sent me out a new one today. That is what I consider exceptional customer service

    While I personally don't have any Fireboard products (dear wife: yet!) I have neard absolutely nothing but prasies about the company and of course their products. Thanks for sharing your good experience when their CS was needed.

      Fireboard’s customer service is definitely good. I ordered extra meat probes a few weeks after getting my Fireboard 2 drive and by accident Fireboard sent me the Fireboard 2 Pro system along with my probes. I called them letting them know the Fireboard 2 Pro was sent to me
      by mistake, Fireboard said yes the pro unit was meant for someone else and sent me a prepaid label to return it. For the slight hassle on my end Fireboard sent me a Fireboard tee-shirt & cap free. Their tees are high quality

    Good to know the the CS is exceptional. I just bought a fireboard 2 and a spark. No issues so far.

      Never understood the concept of knowingly crapping on the very thing (PEOPLE) that allow you to have a business.

        You’d think every company would be that way 🙄 I love it when I hear these stories about people getting taken care of, the way they should be. Especially like it when the company goes above and beyond.

      Yes Fireboard has excellent customer service.
      I might add Yoder Smoker company has excellent customer service. I broke my door thermometer first day and Yoder sent me out a new thermometer FREE within three days.
      The smokers from the big box stores would say
      sorry can’t do anything. That’s why I don’t like purchasing things at Walfart.
