After the recent discussion on cutting boards I decided to start my search again and made the decision to purchase from Boardsmith. I ordered the "Maple Carolina Slab," http://www.theboardsmith.com/product...b-2-x-16-x-22/ which is 16x22x2 inches. Read many good reviews about them on other sites and chef discussion groups. It arrived today.
Will let you all know how it holds up.
