    Very nice, very nice indeed. I do have a very large plastic cutting board, bought it from a restaurant supply shop. I’m real happy with it, as it’s big enough for a brisket, or ribs, but it’s plastic. I sure would like to have one like yours! Stellar!

      Yep, I had a restaurant supply store one. It barely fits ribs on it and sometimes the big briskets flop over the sides. One of my gripes (1st world problem) is no juice groove. Always made a mess. I guess that’s what I get for cooking good meats….😉
