    Dad Handmade Me A Knife

For my 35th birthday, my dad KenC52 made me this knife. It will be perfect for boning, trimming, and light slicing! Sorry, I'm proud, lol.

That is sweet. I would put it up for display and only use it to cook with/for him

It has the Rocking KB farms brand in the butt, a full tang through construction of carbon steel that has been blued and double pinned. The scales are mad from pecan from his farm. The sheath is made from saddle leather. I can tell by the beauty of it that Mom had quite a bit of input as well, haha. Fits me perfect. It now has a permanent residence in my traveling BBQ kit!!!

Very nice, texastweeter! I can tell your dad really put his heart and soul into that. I would have a hard time using that knife for anything but a show piece!
