Yep, I have three of them. They are handy for the grill. I use them to make compound butter as well.

I have one like that, and use it on the corner of the griddle or grill to melt butter, or make sauces. Mine is not Lodge, as for some reason, as the time I wanted a little 1 qt pot, Lodge was out.

Here is a recipe I use. It is called "Cowboy Butter" and it is incredible. You will love it. (Assuming you like food, LOL )

                Cowboy Butter
                4 tablespoons butter, melted
Juice and zest of half a lemon
                4 cloves garlic, minced
                1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
                Pinch of cayenne pepper
                1/4 teaspoon paprika
                2 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
                1 tablespoon freshly chopped chives
                2 teaspoons minced thyme
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

This is what I do for compound butter. 1# of Soft Salted Butter and 2 Level Tbsp of Italian Seasoning. Mix well and serve. I think it helps to use a higher end butter rather than plain generic butter but either works well.

I have an old one that actually has a wood handle. No stamps on the black iron to identify.

Spinaker I dont think so, gotten pretty good at spotting those over the years. Lot of fake gem pans, and or fajita skillets out there from them though.

I saw a video with someone using this to melt ingredients to baste his rotisserie chicken. Placed it right on the lid of the Weber kettle to melt and mix.

Heads up if you’re buying today. The Victoria is on sale for $10.79, while the Lodge is $17.95.

I use mine to keep my sauce hot, so it doesn't cool the meat.

I have one and it is great for cooking onions...

I take a large sweet onion (Vidalia) cut the top off then peel it. Next I cut a hole in the cut end, place a beef bouillon cube and top the hole with butter. Put the onion in the pot and put it on the smoker to cook...

I have one too. Keep sauces hot on the grill or melt butter on the griddle.
