I have been remiss, have not posted skillet pics. It is outstanding.
Today is the last day of their paella sale, which includes their big 13 inch comal. I bit.
Until a year or so ago I would have thought spending over $50 for a piece of cookware was nuts. Actually, I still do.
The one thing which I have learned about steel seasoning is related to my PitBoss ceramic griddle. THIN coats of oil. Wipe on, then wipe off hard with dry towels, then heat. I started off way too thick, and have fought that.

I may pick up their 11” pan later this year at the Chile Festival. I’ve held off the last few years, but man this pan!! I use it a few times a week and it’s outstanding!

My instinct is that 3 Nail products will be very limited. The founders are near retirement age, and he has had health issues. Son and his wife are in the business, may carry on. Time willl tell.
In any event, given the price of a big hunk of meat, these don't seem horribly expensive (altho they are!).Comment
