I have not tried any of the nitrided pans, and my son just sent me the pan Meathead recommends for my birthday, so it may be a long time before I need a new pan.
These look really appealing. Pricey, but they appear to have some type of promotion discount going on. Maybe time to pass my cast-iron skillet on as an early inheritance and add this to my Christmas wish list
