So, my limited research, and very limited knowledge, suggests that this is a Matfer. Dimensions match their 11 inch skillet. Welded, same shape, handle.
Establishing a Julia Child provenance unlikely.

Yep, looks like a Matfer handle. What a find.
Reminds me of an estate sale I as at a few weeks ago. A woman was is in sticker shock over a small dutch oven. I told her it was a Le Creuset. She just said, “That’s a lot of money for a pan.” O_o I said it was actually a really good deal, and we’ll less than a quarter of retail. She said, “Well, I don’t really cook that much.” I had to bite my tongue and not reply with, “Ya don’t say?” Moral of the story: awesome deals are far & few between.

I have a Matfer Bourgeat carbon steel pan that looks almost identical to that one. Spot welded handle and a similar shape on the end of the handle.
This is the one: https://matferbourgeatusa.com/produc...frying-pan-10/
Definitely a steal for $4
