Before retirement I went to a get together where we were served deep fried whole chicken. The same process as frying a turkey except they had a pot tall enough to lower 2 chickens into with one stacked on top of the other on a rod like you would use for a turkey. I’d like to be able to do that. I have a good Camp Chief propane burner, but after looking on line I don’t think I’ve seen the pot and hanger I’m looking for. Do any of you have one you would recommend?

Found this on The BBQ Guys website. This is the hanger part, says it’ll do up to 3 chickens. Finding the right pot should be no problem. Academy has several pots that’ll probably work for you.
Turn your regular stock pot into a turkey fryer! This Bayou Classic Turkey Fryer and Poultry Rack set includes a perforated poultry rack and a grab hook. Also included is a 12 inch stainless steel thermometer, a 2 oz seasoning injector with stainless needle, and 3 piece detachable skewer set. This poultry rack will accommodate one turkey or up to three chickens. This a great addition to any turkey fryer pot & stand.

No, but I have an oil less propane turkey fryer that fits the bill for me. It has a basket to lower into it, with a little shelf so I can put two chickens in it if I want. I am the queen of prepping meals to throw together, or take for lunch (or breakfast in the car) every week, and I often cook two at once on the weekend. Usually when I hit up Costco, and get their two pack of chickens. I can roast two, make a meal of the skin and wing tips (yeah, I'm wierd like that) then slice up the remaining chicken for salad, chicken salad, what ever during the week. Put one carcass into the IP for broth, the other in a Ziploc in freezer for later. It is overcast and hot as heck outside right now, not great light, but when I got home a bit ago I took out a chicken to roast tomorrow. Will come back tomorrow and add details/photos. I spent too many years in ER seeing boiling oil disasters, and watching my former BIL try to burn down the neighborhood, to do the oil thing. I promise I will be back tmrw with photos.

Back in my working days we'd do annual PSA demos of the dangers of turkey fryers and the flammability of live Christmas trees. It was a lot of fun for us (yes, firefighters are weird like that), and it was very sobering for attendees. I'm sure you'll agree that catastrophic personal events like injuries, fires, and deaths sting just a bit more around the holidays.

CaptainMike I’ve been in on frying several turkeys and understand what lack of knowledge and preparation can lead to. I have an ideal area away from all the structures to fry the chickens. If there should be an unexpected fire we can back up and watch it burn. I’ve even had a 14 foot hose made to go from the propane bottle to the fryer to keep it out of harms way. I can safely close the valve from a distance. I use my Camp Chef burner under a large Dutch oven to fry fish.regularly.

Oak Smoke I'm certain you know what your about, but soooo many people out there are really clueless. And to be fair, we would dunk frozen/partially turkeys for the dramatic effect. Still, I made a nice living dealing with other people's carelessness.
