While I was at my parents for Mother’s Day. I got to talking to my mom a bit about cooking etc.. one conversation was about her mom, I know at one time, she had owned a small bar, that served food as well. My mom had told me she still had two pans that her mom used. One is a US Nesco 41, it is a 13 inch steel pan that was made by Nesco for the military during WWII and the other is some sort of old Cowboy cool handle pan, it is marked a 42, is likely a 9.5 steel pan. Looking forward to learning to cook out of these.
