I am thinking about getting a set of carbon steel pans to put on the RV. I looked at the made in pans, I am thinking the 10", the 12" and the paella pan. Maybe the wok. What say you guys? I am not trying to break the bank so I am not looking at Smithey or Misen or the top end guys

um... Made In is definitely high end. Very nice pans. Another approach would be to hit up a restaurant supply store for something like Winco pans. Cheaper but... they work.
One thing about putting them in the RV - if you leave them without being used for long periods make sure they're oiled or very well seasoned beforehand.

Thanks. The local restaurant supply store has a limited supply, but they recommended made in. I know they are not the cheapest, but they are not the most expensive either. The rv is in my driveway so I am in and out of it a lot.

Yeah, then the Made In stuff would be excellent. You could also look at De Buyer and Matfer.
