My son will not eat fish but he loves bread so I found a compromise. Here's a new piece of cast iron I just picked up.

It is a lodge. I found it on eBay. It was like 9 bucks with 10 dollar shipping . I did see another one of a different maker on Amazon but not sure of the quality so I went with the old lodge.

Fillet the fish, dip in egg, dip in Italian bread crumbs, cook in olive oil. Bread & fish. He mite bite.

I like the CI! Good luck with the kid. My wife ruined the kids on fish. Now that they are older, they are finding that they missed out… oh well.
