Large Big Green Egg, Weber Performer Deluxe, Weber Smokey Joe Silver, Fireboard Drive, 3 DigiQs, lots of Thermapens, and too much other stuff to mention.
I’m debating this. I have glass lids that fit the 13.5”, and a Lodge lid that fits the 10”. When I braise I usually use a different vessel, the Dutch oven or the enameled brazier.

These are some of the best, if not, the best pans on the market. Very underrated. Lid or not, everyone that is looking for a pan, should look at these. Great cooking surface, handle and overall quality.
I am gonna pass on the lid, but I love my Stargazers. Great pans!

I actually use the 13.5” more than I use the other two combined. I didn’t think that would be the case.
As an aside, re-adding stainless steel skillets to my repertoire has made me appreciate the relative benefits. Stainless heats more evenly across the surface, cast iron retains heat better. Stainless is better for searing, cast iron is better for sautéing. Either will do both, but it’s like comparing a BGE to a Weber Kettle. Both work, but they’re different.
