The good part is these are for go, not for show, this wall is right behind the range. I am now on a one in - one out policy. A 10" griswold or wagner will kick a lodge off the hook, etc. Not that I don't love Lodge, but prefer the classics. One non-classic I really love is the Jim Beam Wok. Jim Beam 12'' Pre-Seasoned Heavy-Duty Construction Cast Iron Grilling Wok, Griddle and Stir Fry Pan (amazon.com)

I bought this around 2015 - it was on sale - and let me tell you it works like a champ! Best seasoning I have ever gotten on an CI, probably because everything is cooked in oil. Great for portions serving one or two, a little small past that but the price is right.

Unfortunately even if I had the CI to display, my wife is too fond of pictures and such to allow a wall in the house to be used in that manner... that plus last year's remodeling project to open up the den, kitchen and another room into one large space removed about 30 to 40 linear feet of wall that she used to have for hanging stuff on...
