Camp Chef Ultimate Dutch Oven - anyone use one?

My bro-in-law has one, it is kinda odd. Looks like a Bundt cake pan to me, with the central cone and the vent out the top. I use traditional Lodge DOs. What is this thing for, or what does it do well?

We recall that last time a camp chef gave us a dutch oven.

I have one. I purchased it from the creator after CampChef discontinued it. It has the CC logo. The center cone was to make heating more uniform. It also comes with a couple of CI selves that fit at various levels on the tapered cone. I purchased it several years ago but have never used it... IT IS VERY HEAVY!

I have the Camp Chef square 13 S. Not sure if that is litres or quarts. meas 12 1/2 X 11 1/4 base is 3 1/2 deep & lid is over an inch deep.
There is a hole for a wired prob, maybe more like a slot, between top n bottom.. It is a beast n I love it! Watched for them quite some time. I believe this was a new one that was returned. I cannot see any defects. Just a shade over fifty bucks. Orig $89
