Or you can smother them in jalapeno bacon cheese grits! Man I love grits. I like the redeye gravy on country ham fried up and then use the biscuits to sop up the mess....now I'm hungry. Good thing we are frying up some yard bird tonight!

See that changes things, country ham in the biscuit; imma have to try this "it dips the biscuit in the gravy" (in my best buffalo bill voice)technique! I will hereby call it the Appalachian Dip!
