I’ve gotten very lazy in my old age. I either put mine in the lye vat I use for cast iron or lay them on a plastic trash can lid and spray them with Easy-off oven cleaner. You need to put the trash can lid where children and pets can’t get to it. Just rinse it with a water hose the next day. This will not work for aluminum. It’s a strictly steel and stainless steel method.Last edited by Oak Smoke; April 23, 2025, 05:04 PM.
