I'm not very experienced with griddle-specific tools. Are all griddle tool sets created equal? Blackstone might be the most ubiquitous, but Traeger also has one and I'm sure there are others.
I've got 3 of the Blackstone spatulas, 2 medium width and 1 wide one, and a Blackstone scraping tool. I find them to be very good. I got them on sale, so it was a good deal, at full price, they're a little iffy. But if you get a good deal, I think the spatulas are good.
Not really. But you do not need the most expensive stuff. My scraper is the Cuisinart CCB-500, $15 on Amazon. Its a copy of the $36 Chef Master scraper.
Other than that you need turners. I think the key here is size. You want LONG. And you want pairs. I have two that are around 3 inches wide and 10 or so inches long, and two that are around 8 inches wide and just as long.
Aside from that, plastic squeeze bottles are nice. One for cooking oil and one for water. Melting domes are also nice to have. With the domes wooden handles do not get hot, but all metal is OK as long as you remember to not grab them with your bare hands.
If not cooking outdoors, I am cooking on the stovetop with my 14" carbon steel wok, 12" CI skillet, or in the oven with my two Lodge CI pizza pans, or two dutch ovens. I've also got a nifty Lodge carbon steel grill pan that rocks for veggies outdoors.
I have both a Blackstone set and a Camp Chef set. The larger spatula and scraper are basically the same, except Blackstone provides one with slots in it, and one that is solid. Camp Chef's is solid. However, I reach for the Camp Chef stuff more because it has a smaller spatula that is also a scraper, and is my goto for scraping smash burgers off the griddle and flipping them. Also use it with the bench scraper for cleanup.
That said, half of my spatulas now have melted and deformed handles, from leaving them sitting at the edge of the side table next to the griddle, where all the heat comes out. Not the scraper one thank goodness, and one of the Blackstone spatulas is unscathed...
I do use the squeeze bottles from each set too. The Blackstone set has two identical size bottles, and I use one with oil and one with water. The two from the Camp Chef set are one larger and one smaller. I use the large one for making and storing "griddle sauces" that allsid has in his griddle cookbook. It's so good to be able to squirt that sauce on when doing stir fry or fajitas. The smaller one I've only used for vodka. Onion volcanos rule!

If you have a Pit Boss Ultimate griddle, with its non-stick griddle surface, their branded kit is very good. Scraper, two spats (1 with slots, 1 without), a scrubber.
They are not created equal I've snapped spatulas. My advice would be to consider going to a restaurant supply store to look for high-quality tools or buy cheap and replace as needed.
Good deal Huskee ! Exciting news for sure. Just remember to ask us for suggestions on a new griddle. We enjoy the bickering back and forth as to what you should buy……🥸
I have to say, the thing I used the most is my Mannkitchen Smashburger tool. It's practically a fish turner in size, heavy enough to use as a press, and the short handle is prefect for moving stuff around on the Grilla OG.
I liked my Blackstone scraper for cleaning, sometimes used it as a flipper too. I don’t have my cheapies I bought on Amazon, I got what I paid for them….
I have this spatula for my griddle and it works great: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I love that the edges are sharp enough to cut through meat (mostly cooked meat, not so great with raw). Other than that I use a 6 inch drywall knife and sometimes a bench scraper. Haven't really needed much more than those.
I was gifted the Cuisinart CCB-500 after I bought my griddle and thought what do I need this ridiculous thing for. How mistaken was I. It’s a great tool to clean your griddle. As SmokeyGator says above, $15 on Amazon.

I bought mannkitchen spatulas years ago, sharpened the front edge on a grindstone and they are great. Very thick and sturdy.
I also won’t use any smasher other than my burn shop. Smooth as glass and incredibly heavy.
I have two versions of the lodge ones. The square one with the small handle is sturdy but the handle gets hot and it hard to grip with a glove. The other lodge with the “spring” handle flexes when pressing.
The burn shop one has a solid bar handle with a spring around it. It’s also not that expensive compared to others. Makes a great weight for quesadillas and grilled cheese also.
