Too far from LI for me to travel but I'm here rooting you on. We're having our 2nd semi-annual meat-up down here in Texas next month and it's a fantastic way to get to put faces to names and have great camaraderie to boot. Good luck, hope you can pull it off !!

A bit far for me, but I would strongly suggest if you get a handful of interested folks... reach out to the TX members that recently did this for some after action reviews (though they did a pretty good job of documenting what went great and what they coulda done better in their thread).
