Costello's is where the "good" Butcher Shoppe was at Fairfield and Lillian Highway. FAR and AWAY the best butcher shop in the area. Worth driving from Orange Beach or Navarre to get good meat and have it cut your way.

Here's another one, The Butcher Shop in Pensacola. Evidently they provide a lot of meat to the competition circuit and some of the big names.
One of their specialties is Australian A9 Wagyu. Here's a video that is focused on that. A couple of Youtubers visited the store and talked to the owners.
