This week my wife is working at JP Morgan’s Plano, Texas facility, and they have a BBQ restaurant on site. Her co-workers claim it’s very good.

There are probably more BBQ places in Texas than there are McDonald's. Then you can add to that the number of people who smoke their own meat every weekend.
Plano is on the N side of Dallas. I'm on the W side, so I'm about 25 miles from Chase's Legacy offices. Hope she can survive the heat. It's a little warmer than Chicago.

Back when I grew up in Plano the only BBQ joint was Spring Creek BBQ in Richardson. Glad to see more places in the area now.

Things changed in the Dallas area, but in an article written after the change the before description was a BBQ wasteland. Those days are over.
