Best brisket I’ve ever had

If any of yall are ever in the vicinity of Tallassee, Maepops bbq had the best brisket I’ve ever had anywhere. It was unbelievably good. The pork and chicken were fine, but I’m having dreams about the brisket.

Late bump here, and I’m no BBQ judge, but it had a great bark and and was melt in your mouth tender. I did find out that they are using Prime packers so that’s probably the biggest difference from there and the other bbq restaurants I go to.
