BourBonQ I knew when I posted that, I would become inundated with recipe requests. Due to the complex and highly technical nature of that cook, most of the people here just don’t have the time nor inclination to attempt a duplication of my recipe.

Thank you very much Donw Most people only know me by my famous clam chowder recipe. But most are not aware of my many other talents, which does include my forays into the acting field.Last edited by Panhead John; October 15, 2020, 07:44 PM.

The ribeye doesn't look that bad. The crust make up for the slightly bloody texture.
But then you showed it plated. That ketchup is way too close to the meat.

Mr. Pat...sorry but no compliments here. You have the wrong thread. 😆
I’m really surprised Schwyy hasn’t posted some pics here yet. He’s probably got a ton of material for this thread.Last edited by Panhead John; October 14, 2020, 05:56 PM.

Hell, even post something bad you did that didn’t turn out well. Regular cooks or your best stuff. No pictures you post are off limits. Or any topic really, maybe post pics of some old grills or cookers so we can make fun of it or them. (This is not intended nor trying to take away from SUWYC)
Here is a really nice blackened ribeye I cooked tonight.

I cannot believe some of y’all’s biting and sarcastic comments about some of my best work. It’s obvious to me y’all are just jealous, not being culinary masters, such as myself.Last edited by Panhead John; December 6, 2020, 11:07 AM.

22” Blue Weber Kettle with SnS insert
Kamado Joe Jr with Kick Ash Basket
Char-Broil Smartchef Tru Infrared Gasser
Anovo Hot Tub Time Machine with Custom Hot Tub
I have gone hard all week for holiday cooks (first time in 6 years). So I took a break. For service, I choose from the PJ Collection. Thank you Panhead John for the inspiration. In my defense, I did use organic crescent rolls. And the hot dogs are the last bit from my old job. And of course, plochmans mustard. Not shown: potato chips and French onion soup dip made from leftover onions from Christmas Eve.
