Caught it after the fact and agree the content was good. I picked up some useful tips which I used last weekend on a beef rib cook. That said, I'm no Spinaker and I don't think I'll be cooking outside with this forecast. For him, its probably shorts weather!

But every now and then i will manage to burn some midnight oil..

We want to do one at some point with a few of our friends from far away, such as yourself and Henrik. Finding a common time for folks around the globe is tricky.
