Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.

Caught it after the fact and agree the content was good. I picked up some useful tips which I used last weekend on a beef rib cook. That said, I'm no Spinaker and I don't think I'll be cooking outside with this forecast. For him, its probably shorts weather!
