I believe this is because our link is set up to be viewed from a browser w/o needing to download Zoom. More people would rather not have to download anything so this could be what the hangup was. I'll look into it.

Zoom is better

I had to watch via browser not as good as last weeks zoom - not from info learned but from browser view. I have since downloaded zoom so not to go through that again

never seen that. I worry you have some permissions disabled or something on your browser. Can you try installing Zoom, and then trying the link?
